User Settings: customize call screening greeting

With call screening turned on, there is no way to customize the greeting callers hear that says "Please state your name at the tone, then press pound". We have customized all other greetings people hear, and the connecting message also (the "please hold while I try to connect you") so it seems odd to have this one be the only one not customizable so callers hear a different voice. Can you please add the ability to customize this one greeting the same as all the others?

The default message can be misunderstood, allowing this to be edited would allow the user to provide a more specific message or request more information. e.g. a caller could be asked to record their name AND company. Account Type US

A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature - This feature would give the person answering the call an idea of the caller's info before answering it and allow them to pull up customer file based on business name OR phone number (or some other predetermined data)  stated in screened recording
  5. Benefit of such feature: A Customized prompt for call screening would give a better impression on the callers. This feature is also VERY helpful for our customer service agents because our customer service center handles accounts for multiple different companies. So we need to know which company the caller is calling from BEFORE we answer the call, rather than having to ask the customer which company they are calling from.

Uhhh, we've been RC users for quite awhile.  This is one of the MANY features they've REMOVED over the past decade+ YES, this feature was absolutely available on RC, a long time ago. We could once edit our RingCentral call screening message, for instance, to request the caller say in one or two words what they're calling about.  In my opinion, despite 'improvements' of added features and functions, RC was once a much more robust product.
