If you use auto attendant for your main number you could point an option from the greeting to the conference number.
For both methods you would use one, free virtual extension.

Give users the ability or option to change conference number or pins as needed. This will be helpful for small businesses as they may have situations arise where they i.e. may have terminated an employee and want to prevent that individual from using the company conference line for future personal \ business use.

This is also valid for executives that presume calls will be confidential. It is understood that there are host options to identify the number of callers and lock a conference, but most executives do not want to have to use these host features. They just want to be able to distribute a unique Conference Code so they know the conference is secure.

This item comes up every so often and what I always advise is that when you terminate an employee, you delete their User Extension. When you do that, it deletes their Host & Participant codes so even if they try to use it, it won't work anymore. You can reuse that extension number for someone else and when you create the new User extension, it will generate new Host/Participant PIN codes.

Another option is if you know you are going to have back to back calls, you can use RingCentral Audio Conference bridge for the 1st call, then set up a RingCentral Meetings session that will generate a brand new Meeting ID every time. You don't have to use the screen-share or video conferencing features if you don't need them. You can just use the audio bridge which will have a new ID each time.

This will allow the New user to:
- Get a Welcome E-mail so they can setup their extension from scratch (including create a password, security question and PIN code),
- The RingCentral Meeting invites to pull the New users name.
- It removes the potential of forgetting a setup like changing the phone, extension number, or call handling rules.
- New Conference Calling Host/Participant codes are produced when a New User is generated.

As consumers we should have access to change the conference call in number. The Philadelphia number is a bit awkward.
