Large company with over 50 offices in 19 states. I would like to setup a company-level IVR menu on our company number that allows a caller to first select a state. For instance, I envision my prompt to say "Dial the 2 digit postal code for the state you to which you wish to connect". The caller then could enter 25 (AL) for Alabama or 22 (CA) for California. However, I cannot figure out to have custom key presses on my IVR menu. I can only select 0 through 9. Is there a way I can complete this? Thank you.
