It would be nice if we can have the feature wherein, we can customized the Company hours. Instead of having 15 minutes increment only. We can set up like every minute if possible (e.g 12:01 a.m, 12:02 a.m, 12:03 a.m) instead of (12:00 a.m then the next option is 12:15 a.m). Update of it as soon as possible is very much appreciated.

Agree totally with this,  we have several users and departments that like to either provide grace to callers and shutoff the phones 2 min after the advertised closing time and also others that want to turn off their phones 3 min earlier than advertised closing time so that they can complete a end-of-day process (lock doors, etc.)

You know you can do this via Custom Answering Rules.

You can only use that if you setup "Specific Date Range" criteria.    You cannot use this minute criteria for a weekly repeatable criteria - so this is not usable for trying to setup a users available and afterhours setups.  (Unless you wanted to update your criteria twice a week for ever)

My response was in reference to DanielB post.  With respect to Company hours.

Yes, my response was in regard to DanielB post - you can't use by-the-minute settings to configure company hours - you can only use the settings you referred to when setting specific dates - when setting up the Company hours for every Mon, the setting you refer to is not available.

Absolutely agree with this as well. 15 minute increments? We want to shut the phones off at 4:55pm.
