I would like to suggest adding a File Name to each recording for those of us that have to QA calls, it would make it so much easier to know what calls to refer back to instead of going off times stamps and phone numbers

I'd like to see the date of the call, the phone number to or from.  I think Ring Central has all this information, just a matter of making a program for it.  The line that took the call or made the call would be helpful too.  If you ever had to look up a phone conversation from a certain client months or years ago it would be impossible without having this information.  Big limitation to recording calls in the first place.
