1) UK Ring Central

We would like to see the option to have daily reports (via email) produced from the system that doesn't include the data from the previous day. As of now, we are receiving the daily report via email, however the information is just being added on the data that we received from the day before. We would like to receive data reports that only contains the information of the calls received and processed that day. 

We need the option to have reports provided (by extension):
  • Total number of call
  • Average call time
  • Total call time 
  • If possible the same information provided based on the Caller ID used for calls
