Data inconsistencies between tabs on Historical Reports run on Admin Portal

I have an issue with Historical Reports that I run on the Admin Portal. The Total Duration on the User Activity tab does not match with the individual call data on the Call Detail tab. Specifically, the Total Duration of my outbound calls for a particular day (12/20/2017) as reported on User Activity is well under the sum of the outbound calls on the Call Detail tab. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I am having the same issue - I think the problem is that on the "User Activity" tab, only voice call times are included in the"Total Duration" columns.  But, on the "Call Detail" tab, fax and voice call times are being added together into the total column.   This needs to be corrected and also  need the a filter for voice/fax/both.

I would suggest opening a case and including samples so we can get it escalated and investigate!
