  3. When a call is declined or ignored on one device such as a desktop it should also stop ringing on other devices such as the mobile app or cellphone
  4. If a user has the desktop app and cell phone and desk phone they must decline a call 3 times to make the ringing stop. All the bells and whistles can create a lot of excess noise and waste the user's time and distract them when they are in the middle of other tasks.

Hi Kevin,

Please try sending the callers to Voicemail instead of Ignoring - this is the way to stop the ringing on all the endpoints today.   Ignoring is a local client setting for ignoring calls - whereas Send to Voicemail is platform-wide.  The mobile client sends to voicemail today when incoming calls come through by default for this reason.

Shoot me a note if you want to chat more ted.jaffe@ringcentral.com
