Include the Following: 
  1. (UK) Account type (U.S., Canada, UK,  AT&T, Telus, BT)
  2. 05992443 - Related case number (if applicable)
  3. Detailed description of problem

    Request to have a default setting for Webinars as the account requires to have webinars a couple of times a month and having a default setting for each webinar, rather than configuring it everytime a webinar is created will definitely save time.

  6. Software version
  7. If desk-phone related, have you rebooted phone? 

  8. (17) Number of Users and/or Digital Lines affected.
