Dekstop App - Only Calling Available

US Account Type - No Faxing Available. A user came to me with this screenshot, and it was a first. I hadn't seen anything like this before and couldn't recreate the problem on my own app. Has anyone seen anything like this? Any ideas? It eventually went away, but it lasted for about 8-12 hours. I'd just like to have an answer when/if this happens again.

Hello LeSage,

Without debug logs from the softphone there is not a lot that I can tell you about why the error occurred. It has to do with connection and authentication to our servers. Could be network or local environment thing.

My best suggestion for you if this happens again is the collect the relevant data from the softphone and computer (RingCentral app version, OS version of computer, User or Users being affected) and open a ticket with our Tech Support team. They will work with you to collected debug logs and we can investigate from there.
