Delayed Audio when using Wireless Headphones on Desktop RingCentral

Hello,

Whenever I try to use my Apple AirPods, or Beats Wireless Headphones for making calls through RingCentral on my Desktop, the audio is always delayed. Is there anyway to fix this, as I'd like to use the wireless headphones to make calls, as opposed to my wired headset. Any feedback or insight would be much appreciated!

We get reports of the same issue in our environment. It occurs with at least 2 models of Plantronics Bluetooth headsets. I use a Voyager 5200 and I experience the delay, but not all the time. Maybe 50% of the time.

Make sure your port forwarding/triggering is active for your PC phone app, if not this can cause delay or worse depending on how many headsets you are using, also check that the headset is compatible it may not be, most Plantronics will work  .  RTP/UDA ports 8000 to 8200 dest 5091 to 5097, SIP/UDP 5060 to 5090, SRTP/UDA 4000-5000 and 20000-60000
Deskphone media RTP/UDP 16384-16482 to 20000-39999, clock sync NTP/UDP 123

try using the headphones as output only, and use the built in mic on the laptop as the microphone (for testing purposes)
