I have been requesting help with this for over a month. I have spoken to multiple Cust Service individuals. I have recreated this on Ring Central meetings. There is a gliche/bug in the system as a result of your recent update of the website. I cannot search my contacts by phone number in the contact list. I further cannot add contacts without avoiding duplicates because I cannot find my contacts solely by phone number. Please advise on what we can do to get an updated version that has this gliche resolved. It takes 10 more steps including control f to find the number and exporting the csv file in order to manually find the number, then match it with the contacts in Ring Central.
