- When adding people to presence on a desk phone. In the UI you have the option to have it ring when someone you are monitoring receives a call. It is currently all or nothing. I would like it to be an option for each user you select to appear on your phone to say yes ring or no ring.
- An admin assitant has three executives that she works for. She then also has appearacnes for 10 other co workers/friends in the office. She only wants her phone to ring when one of the three executives are getting a call, not when one of her coworkers/friends gets one.
- Phone not ringing constantly. Allows the workflow not be interuppeted by calls that the admin doesn't need to answer.
