Programming a soft button directly on phone screen for call parking on a cisco phone. It would be helpful to have a button directly on the phone's screen for call parking especially since customers can hear tones when you have to type in ##*3.

Currently the Cisco SPA 525G2 phone has this feature the 508 509 504 and 303 do not for some reason.  If you changed the phone you would have this feature

Not what you want to hear but that is the answer
