Doug,  Can you further explain your request?  Are you asking to actually control the ring order for an individual user?  In other words are you trying to control the ring order of the mobile app, desktop app and deskphone for a specific user, or are you actually forwarding calls to another user(s)?

To clarify..  Scenario:  10 user account, ALL using Desktop App, NO Hard phones. In Call Handling; User "A" wants to have their App ring,  then ring User "B" and "C"'s ext.

Which currently requires, using "call forward to another users device" in Call Handling, the Pop up that shows all possible destinations, DOES NOT include the Desktop APP, even though it is treated just like a Hard phone, in relation to Emerg Address and the 4:1 (devices : per-ext)..  This is what is MISSING, having the APP treated like a Hard Phone, to be available as a call destination in Call Handling.
