This is a feature request regarding the Courtesy Message feature of RingCentral for Desktop.

When you receive and incoming call, but elect not to take it right away, you can instead send a courtesy text-to-voice response to the caller.  You can select one of three RingCentral pre-prepared text-to-voice message responses that pop up when initiating the courtesy message, or you can hurriedly type in your own custom message response.  Whichever message you choose or enter, RingCentral for Desktop will convert it to voice and provide the message to the caller.

My request regards the three RingCentral pre-prepared text-to-voice message responses that pop up when initiating the courtesy message.

I request to be able to change any one or more of those RingCentral pre-prepared text-to-voice message responses to one or more of my own pre-prepared respective messages.

Thank you.

When I submitted the above request, I did not title it, "edit then save courtesy message." One of the moderators here evidently changed it to that, which isn't a proper literal description.

The title should be, "Change the three pre-prepared Courtesy Messages."

Also, I provided it in Spanish and Chinese, as well as English, so that some of my family and friends who are Hispanic-American and Chinese-American RingCentral customers who watch this forum could pick up on it and vote. However, one of the censors here deleted it, apparently for personal reasons.

John, we almost always re-title topics so that they are correctly categorized, contain the most relevant keywords for SEO purposes without making them too long etc.

Also, We do think this is a good feature request and thank you for the submission, but I did send you a private email explaining why the other content was removed from the post.

It's a major goal of the Community moderators to keep the Community in order and make it as search friendly and helpful as possible. Therefor it's also important to know that it's not uncommon for us to remove certain posts in order to optimize the site for SEO purposes.
