Desktop App missing Contact Fax Number

My company is a RC fax only site.  In the desktop and mobile apps, some of the contacts are being automatically populated.  The automatically populated contacts are all of the users set up on our account.  None of those automatically loaded contacts has a fax number listed. Since those contacts are automatically coming from our account, it won't let us edit them in either of the apps.  

How can I add/include fax numbers on my RC Users when their accounts populate the Windows Desktop App and Mobile App?

Hello Gwen,

If the contacts you are seeing are Users on the account, then you should be able to add a contact number to the User in the RingCentral service site.

If you select a User from the account you can add a contact number under User Details. However, I I'm not sure if a fax only account has Users, so I might be miss understanding what you mean when you say that.

Let me know if you cannot add a contact to the User.
