Desktop App: Update to Version 8.3.5

RingCentral Windows Version 8.3.5

After coming into the office this morning, I noticed there was an update which was released over the weekend for the desktop app.  All it said was that it was for some bug fixes & performance improvements.

Could anybody explain which bugs were fixed?  One of the agents here noticed that the incoming call standalone window no longer interrupts whatever she's doing whenever it appears.  Was this one of the bug fixes?

I downloadeded the update from the mobile app on my Iphone and it did NOT fix my problem which is RC crashes with alarming frequency on my phone when I place a call or text.   It is becoming useless as a mobile tool and unfortunately our school system requires we use it.

Nott    Please use the button below to open a support case so we can research this for you. We have thousands of iPhone user who don't experience frequent crashes so it's likely something specific to your device.  In your case notes include as much details as you can, ie. phone model, iOS version,  are there specific tasks that you perform that cause it to crash, etc.

Yeah! Should be a web page with the information about what fixes or improvements are coming with each update.
Sometimes we do not know exactly if we should do the upgrade or postpone it for later...
