1. Office 2 line
2. customer is a reseller (VAR)
3. Only 1 computer is used. Having to deauthorize/reauthorize computer when only one computer is used is repetitive and unnecessary, as either way, the digital line is paid for. in the very least, there should be an option to turn it off to accommodate both people who like this function and those who don't need it.
4. People using the same computer won't have to deauthorize pc just to get it working.

I am this customer.  The problem is not different people using the same computer.  It is the same person (me) using different profiles (Two different businesses, a personal profile, and i have a non-profit).  I share an office, and need to use the headset with the RingCentral Windows app.

So it's a profile issue.  Functionally, it's the same, but I am trying to raise awareness that sometimes one person has more than one company.  That changes the licensing concerns.

Perhaps you can make whatever token or cookie you use specific to the machine, rather than to the profile on the machine.

As a workaround I would try using the Google Chrome RingCentral extension.  Has a lot of the functionality of the app.  But can be used on multiple computers and profiles.  Not requiring deauthorizing.  Just a thought since I'm not sure if allowing 2 devices for the app will happen or happen anytime soon.

Same situation here. Now we stock. 2 profiles and you identify it as 2 different computers. Wrong
