Detailed Call Log Search searching forwarded numbers

Up until the end of last week, the detailed call log search would search all numbers that were part of a call. So if number a called number b in our system which then forwarded according to the user rules to number c and then number c didn't pick up so it forwarded to number d, I could search number a, number b, number c, or number d and see the call in the results. Suddenly at the end of last week, searching number c or d would not pull any results. I could clearly see that those numbers were part of the call, because if I search number a or b, I see the full detail for the call, including the forwarding sequence. I called Ring Central to ask for help, and the eventual answer I got was that the feature to search forwarded numbers was removed. You can now only search for the number that called you and the number that was called. Apparently Ring Central removes features without notifying users. I have a few reports that I now can't pull, and the rep could not come up with a workaround. He told me to post this as a feature request.

YES! I used this feature all the time. I tried reaching out in regard to it and found the representatives to be less than helpful. I would love to see this feature back.

Hi Saadet,

The Analytics Portal does not search by/recognize the number forwarded to either. And I can't find a way to pull any reports that differentiate the calls based on where they were forwarded to.
