Call Logs: view detailed report in Deskphone/Mobile App

should be able to see the caller ID and the number dialed through the mobile app and deskphone without logging in on the online account call log(detailed view)

This feature is extremely important for businesses and this is a major flaw in RingCentral service! We need to know whose calling (meaning we need to know what the caller's Caller ID is) and we also need to know what number they're calling to (meaning what number did the caller actually dial when they called us) so that way we can answer calls appropriately. I'm always having to ask callers what are they calling about or if I missed their call and I'm calling them back I have to then tell them I'm calling them back but also at the same time ask them what was it that they had they called about. This makes companies look unorganized and I've actually had callers tell me I should know and that they can't believe how unorganized we were. For this reason, RingCentral really needs to add full Caller ID information (Both caller's Caller ID and the number being dialed by the caller); and we need this feature on both desk phones and the mobile app. It is just not enough to have one or the other (either the caller's Caller ID or the number dialed by the caller) or to have to cross-reference phone numbers with timestamps to figure out who called what number at what time; or to have to go through the online account to see who called from where and to what number. We just need to have both (Caller's Caller ID and the number they dialed) and we need them displayed together and we need them on desk phones and the mobile app. This is just going to continue to be a frustrating issue for RingCentral customers until it's added.

Thanks for posting these comments.  I can understand how it would make for a more robust mobile app to have more information and functionality.  The mobile app, and the desktop app are constantly work in progress and these comments do help us.

I don't know of any plans at this time, however there have been a few other request the same, or very similar to this thread, so it's on the radar of our Product Team, but unfortunately we get hundreds of requests here and the prioritization process is quite complex so there's no way I can give an ETA at this time.

I think this is a high priority request as it makes sense to know what options was chosen by a customer ESPECIALLY considering the multi-level IVR.  The main reason is when a call is missed, you want to be able to see the options they chose.  Additionally, this wouldn't be a problem if trailing numbers were allowed WITH dialed number as an option.
