Call Queue/Group: Ability to change Outbound Caller ID to Group # from the RC Desktop app.

Is there a way to dial out as a Call Queue Group number? It appears the only numbers you can choose to dial out are Direct and Company numbers. If a User was a member of a Group, we'd like the ability to then call out as that number as well.

Account Level 7.3 has been released.  It get's rolled out to the customer base in waves over a few weeks.  Stay tuned. :-)

The one thing that's missing in my opinion is to be able to set the call queue group number as your outbound from the softphone.  I would love to see that get added as an option.

This can only be done from the web portal at this time. I'll rename the title of this topic and change this to an Idea for consideration.
