Did You Know? User Groups – Functionality and Use

What is a User Group? A User Group gives a group manager admin access to its members' settings and call logs.

How do I create a User Group?

1)      Go to the Users Tab

2)      Click on User Groups and select the New Group button


3)      Fill out the appropriate information and you’re all set!



What Does a User Group Manager See?
They have a similar view to a Super Admin. Take a look!
