I am a Ring Central Partner, which sells primarily RC US Standard Office plan, usually between 1 and 4 lines. I very frequently run into trouble where customer gives me credit card numbers that won't work because the billing address does not match exactly. Also, I sometimes run into customers who have a credit card (e.g., mastercard) but the billing address is foreign, and it seems that Ring Central will not accept these cards. It seems like every third order I run into one of these two problems which slows down the order process considerably. It seems like this problem could be fixed in one of two ways: either (1) loosen up or broaden the credit card process requirements some how; or (2) build in other payment options, e.g., EFT or invoicing.
