Disable Delete call logs for Extensions

US Account. We service former students and help them get their transcripts from their high school. We do over 40 calls a day. One of my agents deletes her calls logs, even though she claims she doesn't, and I need to restore them weekly to review her work! Its so frustrating. Please disable that feature from agent portal. Only Admin should be able to delete call logs.

2018-05-03 If your RingCentral account provisioning level allows Custom Roles, first, create a Custom Role where all users can View their call logs   but not Edit or Delete these.   Then reassign ALL Users except those who are intentionally SuperAdmin level, off of the default Standard International role - which allows all users to do pretty much everything.

2018-05-03 REQUIREMENTS:

Your RingCentral account provisioning level must be at a plan that allows Custom Roles

and You must be authorized (as a SuperAdmin User) to create custom roles.

When the New Create Role window opens you go up and down the list checking the privileges you want this User-class to be allowed to do. 

You can always ask for assistance from your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager as well.
