Disable Do not disturb feature for specific users.

To help our Product Team understand your request and assure it gets more consideration, please include the following details in your request: 
  1. Account type - United States 
  2. A brief description of the business - Two businesses, under one umbrella. The first is a pet resort, the second is a pet containment. 
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested- i would like to be able to disable the do not disturb function for some users. They keep marking themselves and they should not be. 
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature- ensuring employees are available at all times during a shift. 
  5. Benefit of such feature- since we are unable to track when specific users go DND, this would help us better control it. 
  6. Include any related case number if applicable
  7. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines- 15

sounds like a fair point, make it a type of template where you can disable certain features. I know you can disable certain things, but being able to stop employee's from avoiding phone calls seems like a good feature to add, since you can dictate whether or not they can have control over hold music or notifications.
