I don't see any way to schedule notifications.  I assume you mean voicemail notifications sent via email?  I have two ideas though:

1. Build call flow with schedules so that messages are not taken at all after hours.  Maybe route calls to message only box after hours instructing them to call back during hours.

2. Use email server/client rules to mute or file after hours emails so they don't disturb whomever is getting them.
