Our sales team only requires RingCentral in order to connect to our Sales dialer/telephony system which is initiated via an incoming call from the system. Our Sales team should make every call through this system so we'd like to disable the ability to make outbound calls through RingCentral to guarantee all calls are made through the sales dialer.

Yes, you surely can do this if you are on a premium or higher account level.  You can accomplish this by making a custom role and assigning the users to that role.  That role would be set to disable their ability to call without their contact center agent.  I took a screenshot of the point you would want to target on a standard user as your starting point, then saving it with another name like "Sales Agents".

(note: there is an edit button on the top right above the field of view on the second image you would press to enable removing the policies)

Let me know if this helps

Peter,

Thank you for the suggestion! If I disable domestic calls does that only disable outgoing domestic calls and will still allow incoming domestic calls to be fielded?

Yes if the number is dialed directly or company number then their extension we will be able to connect with the agent.
