Established for over 30 years, TGA is a family business proud of its quality mobility products and high standards of customer service.

DND button on phone, updates the rest of the RC system. 

User would engage thd DND on their deskphones before going to lunch,a nd bthis would be reflected int he call queues and live reports 

This would alow for easier tracking of employee activities.

A report that shows the DND times of the employees is pretty much a requirement and it surprised me when I was told that RC does not have any such reporting. I would love to have this as a feature in reporting in the future.

I can not believe that this reporting is not available. I echo the sentiment that this is a fundamental need and can't believe that RingCentral hasn't bothered to build it out.
