Phone states "checking DNS" for 2 days.  We have tested phone using on another extension and it's fine. We have unplugged the router and phone, yet message still appears.  This is the only phone of 6 with this issue.  How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Angela, in most cases where this comes up there is usually a network connection issue or router configuration issue not allowing the DNS information to be passed.  If you have 5 other of the exact same phones using the same network and same configuration and only a single phone is exhibiting the issue that is indeed strange.  Maybe confirm the phone is setup correctly with the KB article below.  Alternatively you can contact support and I am sure they can give you more advice based on your specific hardware.
