Do not accept call queue calls

Currently a user can set themselves to 'Do not accept call queue calls' which is not viewable in the HUD by others.  If they wanted to dodge calls this gives them the ability to secretly do so and there does not seem to be much value in the feature otherwise.  My suggestion is to remove it or make it viewable in the HUD or keep a public log so users cannot cheat the system.
