Do not automatically collapse last call

When a call is finished the entry screen for the call collapses even before another call occurs. This means that to finish completing the data the user must click the arrow to expand it again every time. It would be a better user experience if the last call box did not collapse unless another call was ringing inbound or an outbound call was started. Additionally it would be helpful if more than one last call could be edited using the same interface instead of having to go the the "My calls" report and use the desktop interface to edit the record.
