Prior to the software change this year, the Polycom VVX410 system in the office was able to be used to show status. For example, pushing the DND soft key on one's phone, would display on others phone with a red bar. Currently, a red bar only shows up if they are on the phone, but the way it functioned before allowed us to know they were busy (not at their desk or on their cell phone). I really liked this functionality, please make this available again.

This is a must. We have a receptionist who needs to transfer calls. She cannot see if a user is on DND with her soft keys or with the desktop softphone. When she transfers a call to an extension that is on DND, it bounces right back to her (users do not have voicemail, instead of going to voicemail it rings back to the operator).

This makes a simple job of transfering calls very messy. If she gets a call that bounces back to her and then transfer to another user who is on DND, the caller even gets a message saying that there are technical issues (too many bounces back and forth?)
