Do we have issue on Android Maxx device using mobile app

Whenever the calls is initiated calling from mobile app, error occurred VOIP calling  unavailable. all basic troubleshooting has been done.  calls is in the US when calling using the mobile app

We haven't heard of any issues with that phone, so it's probably settings, or network related. There are a lot of variables here so it's probably best to call live support for this one.
