Admin Portal: Display number of voice messages employees have?

Does anyone know where Ring Central moved where it shows how many voice messages employees have ? It used to be where the USERS are all listed.

It sounds like you are using the Web Portal.  If so, click the "Messages" link on the top menu, then click "inbox". 



If you use the RC Desktop application, You'll see the following: 



If you are logging into the Web Portal as the Admin, you have to click the user you want to view, then click Messages & Notifications > View Messages

Mike - yes it is the web portal. We found what you directed us to. That is not what we want. Until recently...under Admin you could click users and it would show how many messages each employee had (employee by employee). It no longer shows that ? Has this been removed ?

Thanks for the clarification. Yes, I understand it was removed as our Product Team is redesigning that screen and adding in some more customizable user options.  We'll keep this thread as an "idea" request here so that our product team reviews it. I'm not sure if/when they plan to add it back so anyone else that wants this, please click the Like button above.
