We have an admin that answers and directs call from the queue but she doesn't like wearing a headset. I was told there might be a USB deskphone that works with the desktop app to answer and direct calls from.

Never heard of that but would be interested in the responses.

I'd be interested in this as well.  Users don't like having a headset.  But, if there was a handset that might work for some.

We have a few users using the Plantronics Calisto P240 USB handset. I'm not sure if it is technically supported by RC, but we had some left over from our Cisco CallManager system we migrated from and they work for us with RC.

Rob, do you use one? So you can talk on that but use the buttons on the desktop app to control the call? That might work if so.
Thanks

Yes, you can dial and control the call from the desktop app, or you can dial directly from the handset. Also, the handset has a speakerphone option which some people like.
