A high level description of the product or feature being requested: When the RingCentral app detects an active network connection, it tries to re-establish the connection to the RC server. If it is unable to do so, it logs the user out, forcing them to re-enter their password (even if the "remember password" box is checked.) When connecting to many public WiFi hotspots, such as coffee shops, hotels, etc., you must authenticate before Internet access is granted. Unfortunately, the RC app attempts to connect BEFORE the user can authenticate to the WiFi, cannot connect to the RC server, and logs you out. This makes using the RC app frustrating, as you must then continuously log in over and over every time you connect to a WiFi access point that requires authentication. Using a complex password makes this even more cumbersome.
Potential fixes to this could be (1) don't log the user out, but retry again later, (2) give the user the option of clicking a "retry" button, or (3) actually still remember the password, so all the user has to do is click "log in" again.
A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: I would not have to log into the app each time I get on a different WiFi network.

Benefit of such feature: Reduced frustration by not requiring the user to log into the app over and over again.
