Huge Benefit for those that use the callers info for marketing
Download feature of the call log needs to be improved. A) it should only pull in the accounts that you have selected via the check box on the left side, right now that just allows you to delete. If click download button in call log it pulls in every phone number on the screen, it should only pull in numbers that you select via the check box. Also, the call log allows you to add additional contact info when take a call like an address, notes, email...etc. However, if you enter data in these fields it does not allow you to pull the data out via the download button. When click download it should export any field that has data in it to an excel file. This would allow us to easily import the call log data into whatever CRM software we are using at the time. Example, half our calls are people looking for more info, if we enter there address in the call log we have no way of exporting it out of RC and importing in our CRM so we have to input data into two softwares. Waste of time
