Dropbox Integration: Please fix your integration with Dropbox to back up recorded calls. The current set up is very unreliable. So calls or even entire days do not get backed up.

Have you by any chance already tried to disconnect and reconnect the DropBox account?  If so and you are still having problems please open a support case. If you'd like to post the case number here we'll also take a look.  Please include some samples/screenshots of the call log and Archiver folders so we can see what's not syncing.
