A high level description of the product or feature being requested
Allow Admins to create a list of departments that users can select from a dropdown list
A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature
Benefit of such feature:

maintains consistency
Include any related case number if applicable

Hi FionaA,  Thanks for your post  Can you please expand just a little on this idea. Where are you imagining this drop-down to be? In the Desktop App, in the web portal? What would the functionality would it provide?

Hi Mike,

I envisioned the dropdown being in the web-portal where users change their extension settings. In the 'Department' field, there would be a drop down rather than free text entry. The admin would create the list for the drop-down.

The benefit to us would be consistency in department rather than having users enter what they want.
