3. Instead of showing a toll free number as company caller ID, system would assign a DID with the local area code (depending on who you are calling). Basically it's an option to have a dynamic company caller ID.
4. For example, we are calling our customer who is located in LA. And our company number would appear as +1(213) 245-8128 (213 is LA area code). A toll free number doesn't usually have a high pick up rate as often times it is perceived as a telemarketers call or a scam.
5. Having this feature would have a big impact on communications between a business and a customer, and I think it would positively affect customer's experience in general.
