3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested:
     a. Option to import Contacts via a vCard or VCF file type in both the web app and the windows/mac/android apps. Example: I have a vcf file sent to me with a contacts info I should be able to save to my local files and simply import into the Windows app. Or even better drag and drop the file onto the RingCentral app and it creates the Personal Contact in my RingCentral account.

4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature:
     a. New Contacts would easily be entered into RingCentral without having to copy and past all the details.

5. Benefit of such feature:
     a. Major time and hassle savings.

6. Include any related case number if applicable:
    a. N/A
