Edit Divert Calls when Phones are Offline

  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: for the system to enable call divert, without turning off forwarding to the app. 
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: call divert will initiate as per article 9264, even without turning off forwarding to the app. 
  5. Benefit of such feature: not all customers have physical phones. some only use app. some use both. Call divert currently doesn't have an option to enable unless forwarding to the app is turned off / ease of use. 
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 37 users / 21 lines
