    - The message is too lengthy and may cause the person attempting to intercom hang up before the call gets to voicemail because of the first sentence - This user does not accept intercom calls at this time.

    - The current greeting is as follows: "This user does not accept intercom calls at this time. A regular call will now be placed to this extension."
