Editing webinar reschedule email

1. Account type: UK
2. We are a software company based in the US providing enterprise level software
3. I would like to be able to edit the full text of the email that is sent to registrants when the webinar has been changed, e.g. rescheduled. It's not immediately obvious on receiving the email exactly what has been changed about the webinar and if it is the date/time, there will be confusion.
4. I would use this to make sure all registrants are aware of any changes to the webinar and to apolgoise for the inconvenience caused.
5. I am going to have so send out a separate email to my registrants this time as well to make sure everyone is well aware that the webinar has been rescheduled. If this could be all done from RingCentral it would make the process much easier and less confusing for registrants.

Want to echo this. I've raised this issue to RC several times, months ago, with no response.

Without clarifying what has been changed, registrants get extremely confused. Either they miss out on a big change, like a date/time change, or they are unnecessarily alarmed by the email if all we do is fix a typo in the webinar description.

I too will have to now send a separate email to all registrants, to actually explain what happened.

As the system stands now, I essentially can't modify the webinar info without raising confusion or alarm by registrants. Please address this as soon as possible.
