In our call system, we have lines 1001, 102, 103, 104, and 105. 1001 is an single-level IVR informational menu and 102-105 are regular users. I would like to receive an email notification when someone uses the IVR menu. This would be useful because those people may not continue on to lines 102-105, where I would receive a notification that I missed a call. As far as I'm concerned, those are solid sales leads that I have to monitor the detailed call log to catch.
