Everyone else's cellular phone is ringing except mine

I'll be at the office, set for available, and my phone does not ring.  It used to, and even then it was spotty and unreliable.  The last two days, nothing.  I am unable to do part of my job which is help answer phones as they ring.  I updated my IOS (iphone 6S) and then the Ring Central app to no avail.

We'll need to gather some more details to troubleshoot. This sounds like a configuration issue. 

What is happening to the calls? do they go to voicemail?  Do you use the desktop app and does it ring? 

If calls are going to voicemail see:  Troubleshooting Calls going straight to voicemail


It might be as simple as going to the mobile apps Call Settings and checking to see if you have it set to take calls on both WiFi and Data.

Hi Mike,

I don't use the desktop app.  A call comes in, the other two people here get the calls on their cellular phones.  Sometimes, another person's phone won't ring and she'll have several voicemails for missed calls.  

I have "Accept Queue Calls" on, Data VOIP calling on, and Always use VOIP.  

Since I wrote the first message, I am getting occasional calls.  The administrator made sure that my phone is supposed to ring on all of the lines it is supposed to.

under your extension there is a option to turn on desktop app & smartphones, got to make sure thats on and the forwarding is set to 0 so you make sure your cell will ring as soon as the call hits your extension.
