Export ALL Live Report Call Information To Excel

The live report for calls gives the necessary information as far as how long was the caller in the call queue before it was answered and then how long they were on the live call, and with whom in the portal. 

But when you go to export the report to excel it doesn't include those details for each call. This is a feature request that would be a great tool-- or even to select what details we want to include in the report would be nice- since we don't need to know how long they were in the IVR menu to download.
