Extension or group ID for phone app

I was originally told that when I set up my Ring Central account, i could see the caller or group that is being forwarded to my cell phone while I am away from the office.  Currently, the desktop application supports extension identification, but the phone app only says EC Audio.  Please try to develope that feature into the phone app.

Hey Ken! Could you provide some more details? Which app are you referring to? Is the call being forwarded to your actual cell phone or are you simply answering the call on the RC mobile app?

I am refering to the iphone app.  When I use the desktop app, I can see the extension that is calling.  However, when I am away from the office, and I use the phone app, the caller ID says RC Audio.  I tried to have it forwarded to my cell phone, but then the caller ID was my company with no extensions. I really need to know which extension it is coming from when I am on my mobile phone.

So is this on the RC Phone app? Or the RingCentral (Glip) app?
