2. We are a comprehensive group practice of psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, substance abuse counselors, and professional counselors.

3. Feature Request: For user extensions, the ability to set it up so that ALL external calls are sent directly to the users voicemail and internal calls can still get through to the user. By putting the phone on DND, NO callers can reach the user so it's not an effective workaround in this situation..

4. Providers in our practice give out their direct numbers so that patients can bypass the front desk to go directly to their voicemail. HOWEVER, while the providers are in session, their desk phone will occasionally ring and disrupt them when the caller is simply trying to leave a message.

5. Our practice would greatly benefit from this feature because it will minimize disruption during sessions by external callers but allow internal users the ability to still reach each other for things such as general conversation, call transfers, or if there were an emergency situation in which they needed to be interrupted.

Hi Brandy this could be accomplished in several ways.  Advanced rules could be setup on each extension or voice mail only extensions could be setup.  Either way, what you are explaining could be configured.
